No Refund Policy
No Refunds on Digital Services
Due to the time, effort, and resources invested in each project, we do not provide refunds for the following services:
- Website Development
- Branding & Design
- SEO & Google Ads Management
- Consulting Services
- Process Automation & CRM Setup
Once a service has been purchased and work has commenced, the client is fully responsible for the commitment.
Cancellation Policy
- Clients may cancel their service requests within 24 hours of booking if no work has started.
- If the service has begun, no cancellations or refunds will be issued.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Clients agree to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Any disputes should be resolved with our support team. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate termination of services
- Legal action to recover lost fees
Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases, if a service cannot be fulfilled due to our inability to complete the project, we may offer a credit toward future services at our discretion.
