Before
Nothing yet: no name, no domain and no website. The plan was to grow by word of mouth.
- One site had to speak to two very different visitors: employers looking to hire and assistants looking for work.

What we did
- Researched what people search for: 1,862 real search phrases from Google.
- Split the site into two paths from the first screen: “I need an assistant” and “I'm an assistant.”
- Kept each form to five one-tap questions, plus a CV upload for assistants.
- Reviewed 15 agency sites for wording and fair-hiring rules, then added an equal-opportunity statement and a plain FAQ.
- Turned the chosen logo concept into a vector logo, a favicon and a short intro animation.
- Put WhatsApp, Telegram and iMessage on one number.
- Built the seven main pages on one shared design system.
